The position requires 5+ years in contractor workforce management or large-scale events, with strong analytical, project management, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in contractor workforce management, workforce operations, supplier or contractor oversight, or large-scale event operations.
  • Experience reviewing contractual workforce requirements and monitoring workforce commitments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, union relationships and project labor agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret labor-related terms across LA28 contracts, focusing on contractor workforce deployment and staffing commitments.
  • Establish contractor-specific tracking systems and dashboards for labor obligations and readiness milestones.
  • Advise on contractor workforce selection to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and values.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Operations and Finance on workforce integration initiatives.
  • Provide readiness assessments for Games-time operations and effective workforce mobilization.
