Anduril in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) to lead SAP/SCI security programs under ICDs and DoD directives. You will manage personnel and physical security, ensure proper classification guidance, and coordinate with government security counterparts.
In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will maintain SAP security records using SIMS, DISS and JADE, support ICD 705 updates, and provide security briefings and training as required.
We are looking for a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) to join our growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. This security position requires a qualified security professional in support of special access program initiatives. As a CSSO, you will be responsible for the management, direction, administration and development of security programs and procedures for assigned programs with contractually imposed security requirements beyond 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule requirements, to include DoDM 5205.07, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs 703, 704, 505, and others as applicable), Security Classification Guides (SCGs), and Statements of Work. Key responsibilities include Personnel Security, Physical Security and program OPSEC/P2 planning. The CSSO will interface with government agencies regarding assigned program security matters and will be responsible for managing all security-related aspects of assigned programs in close collaboration with other Anduril CSSOs. This role requires detailed knowledge of government policies applicable to Special Access Program (SAP) security, as well as practical experience implementing this knowledge in a fast-paced, scaling, and complex manufacturing environment.
US Salary Range
$129,000 - $171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on experience, education, and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are part of Anduril's total compensation package. Anduril offers comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.
