Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge level service to studio and school customers.
• Exhibit strong soft skills in delivering a positive, unforgettable experience for each customer.
• Use CADY owned photography equipment and trained expertise to capture CADY standard quality photos.
• Travel and work offsite as needed for events or specific session types as assigned.
• Follow internal procedures and process to ensure accurate and timely processing of images.
• Test equipment and analyze event or session details prior to use to prepare for successful execution.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Additional Responsibilities

• Test equipment and analyze event or session details prior to use to prepare for successful execution of the event or session


• Committing to and upholding CADY quality standards


• Participate in ongoing training as per individual, team, or business specific needs


• Transport CADY photography equipment to event locations as needed


• Collaborate with team members to uphold a supportive and cooperative work environment, contributing to a positive work team culture


• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management team

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age


• High School diploma or equivalent


• Must pass a satisfactory background check


• Able to work well within a team setting and independently


• Amazing customer service and communication skills


• Willing and able to travel to all school events and studios within a given territory


• Must have reliable transportation


• Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

• This role physically requires frequent standing and walking for long shifts and extended periods of time


• Bending and lifting equipment up to 40 lbs.


• Able to bend or stoop


• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Able to ascend and descend a ladder


• Able to read, write and speak in English


• Able to verbally communicate with customers and team members


• Significant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, tight spaces and crowded areas)


• Team members must be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments with music, crowds, and lighting equipment
