  • Monitor and maintain contractor’s files and ensure expiring documents remain current.
  • Review and process compliance documents for onboarding and existing Contractor Accounts.
  • Obtain necessary credentialing documents required for verification.
  • Facilitate communication to contractors within the contractor network.
  • Assist and support Compliance Manager with contractor communications and research.
  • Conduct system-wide Carrier Launches and new Service Programs.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To monitor and maintain contractor’s files and to ensure expiring documents and credentials remain current.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reviews and processes compliance documents (Insurance, License, etc) for onboarding and existing Contractor Accounts.
  • Obtains necessary credentialing documents required for verification.
  • Works with network leadership to facilitate communication to contractors within the contractor network and other departments.
  • Assists and supports Compliance Manager with contractor communications and research.
  • Ensures approved (new) contractors have activation documentation including licensure and routinely follow-up to guarantee compliance.
  • Conducts system-wide Carrier Launches and new Service Programs.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • One (1) year of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with an insurance company, broker or consultant preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
