Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication (written and/or spoken).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interviews through Karat’s platform and assess candidates’ coding skills.
• Provide input on performance, coding style, and problem-solving approach.
• Collaborate with Karat teams to test content, processes, and products.
