Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage end-to-end execution of service contracting, retrofit, and replacement projects—from kickoff to completion.
  • Lead teams of installers, subcontractors, and technicians across multiple disciplines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, building strong partnerships through communication and trust.
  • Support pre-bid and proposal development with accurate estimates and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate procurement, subcontractor quotes, and project documentation.
  • Track financial performance—budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cash flow management.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Troubleshoot challenges, drive creative solutions, and maintain accountability for results.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2+ years of project management experience in HVAC, construction, or controls (or 6+ years directly related experience without a degree).
  • Familiar with HVAC systems, temperature controls, and energy management.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of financial and contracting processes (public works experience a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience with Microsoft GP/Wennsoft.
