Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Project Administrator II in our Grand Rapids, MI Contracting group. As a Contracting Project Administrator II, under minimal supervision, this position works closely with multiple Project Managers, and is responsible for project documentation, procurement, job costing, customer invoicing and administrative closeout of each project. Portfolio includes multiple projects at different stages of completion, and will include large, complex projects. This position is required to closely interact with customers, Project Managers, and other assigned project staff to ensure the timely completion of each project, while maintaining professionalism to foster a positive culture.
