Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a Manager, Contracting Specialist in Melville, NY. You will lead the Provider Contracting team within Legal, shaping contract standards and driving timely, accurate agreements for clinicians and partners.

You will draft and negotiate complex terms, manage data in CONGA, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations to mitigate risk while supporting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paralegal Certification.
• Significant experience in contract administration or related contracting function.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising contractual language independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate non-standard terms and determine resolution paths with stakeholders.
• Draft, review, revise, and support negotiations of complex contract terms.
• Oversee quality and consistency of contracting activities and templates.
• Lead and supervise Contracting Specialists and provide coaching.
