Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience; large company experience preferred.
• Strong technical accounting foundation and financial statement prep.
• Experience with Sage, Concur, and banking platforms (JP Morgan Chase).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform and review general ledger activity, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Apply debits and credits to maintain audit-ready financials.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies with leadership.
• Assist with cash management activities and JP Morgan Chase banking interactions.
• Manage expense reporting and workflows using Concur.
• Utilize Sage for financial operations and reporting.
• Develop advanced reporting and analysis using Excel.
• Provide mentorship and informal leadership to junior staff.
• Contribute to strategic projects and organizational growth.
