Job summary

Powerflex Supply is seeking an Assembly Technician to prepare quality products for ranching and landowner customers. This 90-day contract-to-hire role emphasizes hands-on work, consistency, and a safe, team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, reading work orders and drawings, and maintaining quality standards while following safety procedures on the production line.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read work orders, measurements, and basic technical drawings.
• Commitment to meeting assembly quality standards and following workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Carpentry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools safely in a production environment
• Read work orders, measurements, and basic technical drawings to complete assembly work accurately
• Maintain assembly quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow workplace safety procedures in daily operations
