A leading investment management company in Seattle is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence 3-4 days a week. The successful candidate will provide operational support and ensure outstanding service for diverse client types, including investors and broker-dealers. Key skills required include high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication. This starts as a 6-month contract, with opportunities for extension or transition to a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new account set up, change requests, & processing cash raises across clients.
• Provide operational support and data entry to onboard client accounts.
• Work with direct/retail investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors.
• Support client communication to provide white-glove service.
• Review/respond on reconciliation items like delinked accounts.
• Contact custodians for service-related matters.
