Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a contract Technical Sourcer to provide top-of-funnel sourcing for cleared AI/ML engineers and data scientists in the DMV area. This 1–3 month on-site assignment in Tysons, VA requires hands-on direct sourcing and rapid ramp-up, with weekly performance tracking.

You will build pipelines, engage candidates via email/phone, and hand off qualified talents to the TA team with complete documentation in the ATS.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical sourcing or sourcing-heavy recruiting.
Experience sourcing AI/ML or data science talent.
Strong Boolean search and ATS documentation.

Responsibilities

Build a qualified top-of-funnel pipeline for AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
Execute direct sourcing across ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean.
Run structured outreach and conduct initial qualification screens.
Log outreach and candidate responses in ATS the same day.
Report weekly sourcing metrics: outreach, response, and pipeline adds.
