10Pearls is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to identify and recruit top-tier talent for contract and permanent roles, including data engineers, software developers, and AI/ML specialists, across client engagements.

You will execute full-cycle recruitment, partner with internal teams, build pipelines, and drive inclusive sourcing while negotiating offers. This contract role offers hourly or contingency/per-placement structures and leverages AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition for agency, RPO, or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage passive candidates.
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle candidate selection for client requisitions, including intake, description review, sourcing, screening, and offer facilitation.
• Partner with internal recruiters to guide sourcing strategy and client feedback.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment and sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines.
