VERSANT is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6 month assignment to join the Orlando TA team. This role supports end-to-end recruitment and drives key TA projects across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage interview scheduling across time zones, be the primary point of contact for candidates, and help maintain the ATS with precision and discretion, contributing to a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in coordination, project support, or admin.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and data handling

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary candidate contact delivering high-touch experience.
• Update ATS with precision and maintain interview logistics.
• Prepare interview materials and escort onsite candidates.
• Support creation of internal/external PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with QBRs, hiring strategy sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Process vendor invoices and track TA budgets.
• Maintain TA project tracker and drive process improvements
