LaborEdge, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Surgical Services for a 13-week contract in California. The role requires 3 years scrubbing and circulating in the OR, with proficiency in robotics and multiple surgical specialties. Day shift, 3x12 hours or 4x10 hours, and local rate considerations apply.

Ideal candidates hold a California RN license and BLS certification; CRNFA is a plus. Onboarding supports licensure and titers; a clinical team provides oversight and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of scrubbing and circulating in the OR.
• Experience with robotic and bariatric surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room for surgical procedures.
• Assist in scrubbing and circulating roles during surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate counts of surgical instruments and sponges.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Participate in kidney call rotations as needed.
