Job summary

AWP Safety in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Contract Supervisor to review and process subcontracts, and to communicate with teams and customers during contract negotiation and execution. The role also involves managing daily administrative systems and training Contract Admins on operations and systems.

You will monitor contract compliance, keep performance records, and support the Chief Legal Officer and Director of Contracts while maintaining multiple contract-tracking databases and ensuring

  • Proactive and confident to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Review and process subcontracts and related contract documents.
  • Communicate with AWP Teams and customers during negotiation and contract execution.
  • Manage daily administrative systems and administer personnel.
  • Train Contract Admins on activities and systems.
  • Review contract documents for compliance by Contract Admins.
  • Assist in setting goals for performance-driven results.
  • Maintain attendance and performance records for Contract Admins.
  • Respond to requests for certificates of insurance and other documents.
  • Support the Chief Legal Officer and Director of Contracts.
  • Maintain contract tracking databases and ensure data entry into corporate systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The position oftheContract Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and processing subcontracts and other contract type documents and communicating with AWP Teams and customers during the contract negotiation process and at the time of contract execution.

Managesalldailyadministrative systems and manage administrative personnel.

Listens and communicates with otherContract Adminson operational updates.

TrainsContractAdmins on operational activities and systems.

Reviewscontract documentsfor Contract Adminsfor compliance.

Assists in setting goals for performance driven results.

Keeps attendance andperformance records of the Contract Admins.

Timely respond to customer and AWP Team requests for certificates of insurance and other documents.

Support the Chief Legal Officer and Director of Contracts.

Maintain several contract tracking databases in collaboration with co-workers.

Ensure contracts and proposal information are properly entered into corporate databases.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Additional Information
