Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Data Analyst for its contract student worker program to help measure and improve vehicle readiness, fleet response, base and infrastructure operations. You will translate complex workflows into metrics, scalable data models, and dashboards to provide leaders with visibility into performance.

Responsibilities include partnering with operations to define metrics, building dashboards with SQL/Databricks/Python, and analyzing data to identify trends and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in data science or related field.
• Strong SQL and data analysis experience.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to define meaningful performance metrics and reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and recurring reporting using SQL, Databricks, and Python.
• Analyze operational performance, identify trends and root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
