Impact Health Staffing seeks a Stepdown RN for a 13-week contract in Lawton, OK. The position runs 36 hours per week, with a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift and requires floating to Med Surg and ER for CVCU/Med Surg holds. Compensation includes a regular rate, travel stipend, and a completion bonus.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year Stepdown RN experience, cardiac experience, Oklahoma/Compact RN license, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications. Travel experience is a plus.

Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: 11/25

• Hours: 36/wk (3x12)

• Shift: 7p-7:30a

• Floating: Required to float to Med Surg and ER to take CVCU/Med Surg holds

• Regular Rate: $24.01/hr ($864/ wk)

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,162/ wk

• Gross Weekly: $2,026

• Local Rate: $49.50/hr

• Completion Bonus: $500
