Job summary

RPh on the Go is seeking qualified pharmacists for 13+ week contracts in Peridot, AZ. Two outpatient pharmacists and one inpatient/ER pharmacist are sought, ideal for hospital-experienced professionals focused on high-quality patient care.

Roles include 10-hour shifts with nights, days, swing, and weekends. Opportunity to oversee operations, implement policies, mentor staff, and contribute to quality improvement within a clinic/hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with at least 5 years of professional experience including 2 years in management.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license; Arizona license preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days; ACLS/PALS for inpatient/ER role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with standards.
• Develop and track operational and financial quality measures.
• Implement and evaluate departmental policies and procedures.
• Foster continuous process improvement and program effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff and oversee dispensing systems.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory for cost-effective availability.
• Prepare monthly operational reports identifying improvements.
