Qualifications

• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting screenings and evaluations.
• Experience with developing treatment and discharge plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
