Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist specialized in therapy within a Skilled Nursing Facility, to support patient-centered communication and swallowing care. Deliver therapy sessions, assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
