Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 1+ years of government contracting experience.
• Full cradle-to-grave contract administration experience.
• Familiar with cost proposals and negotiating terms and conditions.
• Experience with FARS/DFARS regulations and R&D contracts.
• DoD contracting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DARPA or NAVSEA is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer DoD FAR Part 35 contracts.
• Assist in negotiation of contract terms with government and contractor personnel.
• Prepare contract modifications and maintain contract documentation.
• Analyze procurement policies for compliance with federal regulations.
• Perform cost and price analysis and support cost proposals.
• Work alongside contracting officers on the team.
