The Missouri Department of Conservation seeks a Regional Contract Specialist to oversee two regions’ construction contracts and ensure timely scheduling, bidding, and award processes. You will coordinate bid documents, review proposals, and advise on compliance with plans and specifications.
You will communicate with engineers, contractors and superintendents, conduct QA reviews, and support plan development while maintaining contract documents and vendor relationships.

The Regional Contract Specialist assists two regions in overseeing the execution of construction contracts.

Exemption Status/Special Notes
This position has been determined to be Exemptaccording to the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employees must agree to accept compensatory time in lieu of cash payments in accordance with the Department's Compensatory Time Off and Overtime Policy.
Salaried and hourly employees are expected to use a mobile device-cellular phone for Department business, as needed.
