Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Special Education Teachers in Burlington, NJ for the 26-27 school year. Roles involve teaching students with reading or writing difficulties, small-group instruction, and adherence to school policies.

Weekly pay is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule through the school year. Candidates must have NJDOE teaching certification, NJ DOE fingerprinting, and may need a Specialized Math certification or math teaching experience.

Qualifications

• NJDOE Teaching Certification is required.
• Fingerprints with NJ DOE background check is required.
• Specialized Math Certification or Math teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach, and evaluate instruction for students having difficulty with reading or writing.
• Work with students in small groups and in classroom settings.
• Meet and instruct students in the locations and at the times designated.
• Use positive verbal and non-verbal skills that enhance learning.
• Model non-discriminatory practices in all activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff, or parent/guardian in all public settings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by program/building administrator(s) in accordance with school policies and practices.
