Job summary

VocoVision, located in Washington state near Sultan, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a school setting. You will provide direct therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team to foster student growth.

The contract role features a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, and includes weekly pay with comprehensive benefits. WA ESA and SLP credentials are required; SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed.

Qualifications

• Active Washington ESA license required.
• Active Washington SLP credential required.
• Experience serving K-12 students in a school environment (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to fostering an equitable, inclusive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to diverse student needs.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families to maximize student success.
• Maintain accurate case notes and adhere to all state and federal regulations.
