Job summary

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with a school district to hire a contract Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year. Location: Hagerstown, MD with both virtual and on-site options. Schedule is full time, 35 hours per week for a high school assignment.

Weekly pay ranges from $40.66 to $46.54 per hour on a local contract. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K matching, CEU reimbursements, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
