Job summary

Coventry is seeking a Contract Services Coordinator to prepare and review contracts for the sale of life insurance policies. You will support Coventry’s due diligence to ensure all information and documentation are accurate for policy sales and work within the Contract Services team to learn various aspects of the business.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

About the role

The Contract Services Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and review of contracts for the sale of a life insurance policy. As a Contract Services Coordinator, you will play an important role in Coventry’s due diligence process to ensure all information and documentation is accurate for the sale of the policy. As a member of the Contract Services team, you will have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of our business.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and basic knowledge of Excel.
• Extraordinary attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.
• Previous related work experience is desirable.
