Responsibilities

• Supports the Arizona and New Mexico accounting and finance teams in a multi‑state environment.
• Handles month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Conducts expense and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Performs general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepares journal entries.
• Produces financial statements.
• Handles tax filings.
• Manages vendor and bank reconciliations.
• Oversees payroll, commissions, and incentives.
• Supports forecasting and corporate reporting.
