Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid license as a school psychologist in Minnesota.
• Knowledge of assessment tools, interventions, and evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized education and behavioral plans.
• Familiarity with special education law and process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments for students
• Interpret assessment results and provide clear recommendations for educational planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support interventions and student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the eligibility process
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal requirements
• Support positive school climates through training, prevention programs, and responsive services
