Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative public school district near Morristown, TN. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and consultative therapy to students from pre-K through high school.

This role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, school-day hours, weekly direct deposit, and strong support from multidisciplinary teams to help students thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active TN SLP License.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CFs encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, psychologists, OTs, PTs, and families.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs.
