Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant (RNFA) to join Adventist Health Lodi Memorial in Lodi, CA. The RNFA will assist with surgical procedures by providing direct support to surgeons, ensuring patient safety and sterile techniques in the operating room.

Qualified candidates must have an active California RN License, completion of an RNFA program, and relevant certifications. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $78 to $80 per hour, with an expected 40 hours per week over a 13-week contract.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of active RNFA experience required.
• Preferred 2+ years in perioperative nursing.
• Ability to function as first assistant during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures in operating room.
• Assist with incision, dissection, suturing, and patient care.
• Ensure sterile technique and patient safety.
