Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a local contract RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Morristown, New Jersey. The role is a 13-week local contract working 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts with on-call requirements including one night per week and one weekend per month.

Requirements include 2 years of critical care, active RN license, BLS and ACLS. Duties cover patient assessment, direct nursing care, documentation, professionalism, safety, patient education and perioperative support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of critical care experience required.
• RN license required.
• BLS required.
• ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide ongoing nursing care during all perioperative stages.
• Document care accurately and maintain chart integrity.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Demonstrate professional practice and identify areas for growth.
• Support perioperative team with timely patient testing and pre-admission planning.
