Job summary

Ayar Labs is actively seeking a Technical Sourcer to build a robust pipeline of deeply technical engineering candidates. You will proactively reach out to engineers on LinkedIn and through referrals, driving engagement with top talent across the semiconductor sector.

You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to fill open roles, using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and community platforms to identify and engage candidates who fit Ayar Labs’ high‑bar requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in semiconductors, electronics and/or telecommunications.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Able to learn and communicate complex technical information.
• 1+ years of experience direct sourcing engineers using LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively source qualified candidates on LinkedIn
• Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche semiconductor community platforms
• Respond to initial candidate questions, as needed
• Act as a trusted partner with our Talent Acquisition team
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while preserving quality and judgement (we aspire to hire only best‑in‑class “A” players)
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
