Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Delaware to work in SNF/LTC settings on a contract basis. The minimum requirements include 1 year of recent SNF/LTC PT experience and a current PT license in the state of practice.
The role features a 5x8 days schedule with benefits such as weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, CEU and licensure reimbursements.
