Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates seeks contract psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based care to both children (0–17) and adults. You will conduct intake assessments, follow-up visits, and administer medications within Lyra’s integrated care network.

The role supports culturally responsive, whole-person mental health in a connected provider system. Providers work within a flexible model, combining in-person therapy with Lyra’s enhanced scheduling and referral tools.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license without disciplinary action.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Office space to see patients in Sioux Falls, SD.
• Full-time US resident.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based medication treatment following clinical guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with minors (0-17) and adults.
