Qualifications

• Board eligible or board-certified psychiatrist licensed to practice adult psychiatry in California.
• Two years of management experience in behavioral health required.
• Experience with PHP/IOP and/or psychiatric hospital settings preferred.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to psychiatric nurse practitioners.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for program participants.
• Offer medication management and consultations as needed.
• Co-sign documentation as required by law.
• Collaborate with staff and external providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and billing documentation.
