Responsibilities

• Close the loop on every St. Paul request you touch
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Read the room and adjust messaging for Process Improvement to each audience
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Stitch together Facilitation and Resilience into one coherent workflow
• Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times
