Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent PMHNP/PA to provide essential clinical care to children, teens, and young adults via in-person and virtual visits. The role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment plans, with a commitment to culturally responsive care and ongoing clinical collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited (CCNE) PMHNP program; OR graduate from an accredited PA program (ARC-PA) with certification through PANCE with preference for psychiatry credentials or related fellowship/certificate.
• Unrestricted state license in the United States (Ohio license referenced in ad is location-specific; ensure you meet licensure requirements)
• Minimum of 2 years in practice; DEA license preferred for NP/PA-C roles with minors experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intake appointments and follow-up visits for medication management
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations
• Adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines and ensure safe medication management
