Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors to serve military service members in Utah. The role focuses on weekend coverage with occasional weekday hours, supporting military readiness through health assessments and medical history reviews.

Responsibilities include evaluating health histories, interviewing personnel, and documenting readiness in a proprietary system; CPR/BLS certification and an active PA license are required, with travel to remote

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
