Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehab preferred.
• Experience with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions.
• Work with interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.
• Support recovery for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care.
