Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based PT evaluations and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to meet goals.

• Document sessions and outcomes clearly in the patient records system.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to optimize therapy plans.
• Deliver clear, measurable results within defined timeframes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes.
