Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract in Waseca, MN, focused on LTC pharmacy services and patient care. You will dispense medications, perform MTM, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.

Required PharmD, immunization and CPR certifications; MTM and LTC/retail experience strongly preferred. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30 with some weekends, 24–40 hrs/week.
