Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state where services will be performed.
• Willingness to complete required study-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Review current protocol, pharmacy manual, preparation instructions, and sponsor requirements.
• Prepare and reconstitute IP using aseptic technique and correct diluents.
• Verify dose, formulation, route, and preparation method; maintain blinding where required.
• Document IP preparation with complete records including IDs, lot numbers, and expiry.
• Maintain IP accountability, storage conditions, inventory, and escalation of excursions.
