Qualifications

• Experience in CPG packaging engineering for shelf-stable products.
• Established U.S.-based network of packaging suppliers/vendors.
• Ability to scope and deliver project-based work independently.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize 3–4 packaging projects.
• Lead packaging engineering from concept to production-ready specs.
• Apply temperature-controlled packaging know-how where required.
• Source, vet, and manage packaging suppliers and vendors.
• Partner with R&D and Creative to ensure packaging aligns with brand and formulation.
