Job summary

A healthcare staffing firm in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced RN Operating Room Nurse for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Neuro and Orthopedic surgeries, manage complex cases, and maintain strict sterile techniques. Day shifts with variable start times and on-call rotation are required. Excellent collaboration with surgical teams is essential. BLS Certification and an active RN License in Wisconsin are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in OR.
• Experience with surgical procedures in Neuro/ENT and Orthopedics.
• Handle complex surgical cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for various surgical procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon's needs during surgeries.
• Participate in on-call rotation with 30-minute response times.
