Responsibilities

• Coach newer junior teammates through their first messy general project.
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered.
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Gilbert, AZ operation.
• Keep Work-Life Balance handoffs warm so Gilbert partners never feel dropped.
• Hold Gilbert vendors to the standard we promised our users.
• Convert Growth Mindset chaos into a backlog someone can actually work.
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
