Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors serving U.S. military personnel, primarily on weekends with some weekdays as requested under RHRP in North Dakota.

You decide how often you work events and will operate across remote military installations when needed. Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing records, and interviewing service members to assess medical concerns.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in state of practice is required.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health is preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Not required to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.

Responsibilities

• Support medical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including behavioral health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
