Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or ARRT(N) with at least 1 year of nuclear medicine experience. The role emphasizes precise imaging, radiopharmaceutical administration, and strict adherence to radiation safety and HIPAA regulations.

In this contract position, you will perform diagnostic imaging, review histories, operate and calibrate equipment, and communicate findings to radiologists and staff while working with a dedicated healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNMT certification or ARRT-N required.
• Active state licensure (if required).
• Minimum 1+ year Nuclear Medicine experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of radiation safety practices and protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Review patient histories and physician instructions to ensure appropriate procedures.
• Accurately administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients throughout procedures.
• Operate and calibrate imaging equipment while ensuring safety and image quality.
• Process and analyze images, providing clear results to radiologists and staff.
• Maintain accurate procedure records and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Observe radiation protection measures for patient and staff safety.
• Participate in ongoing education and compliance training.
