Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a contract assignment in Cincinnati, OH. Candidates must hold an active RN license and have at least 1 year of NICU experience, with current BLS and NRP certifications.

You will deliver care to premature and critically ill infants, monitor and document responses, operate ventilators and IV therapy, and support families. Weekly pay ranges from $2,420 to $2,560, plus housing, meals, and other benefits. The posting remains open for 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum one year of NICU experience.
• Valid BLS and NRP certifications.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in neonatal monitoring, respiratory support and IV therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants in the NICU.
• Assess, monitor and document ongoing status and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, fluids and nutrition as prescribed.
• Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and monitoring systems.
• Support families with education, resources and compassionate communication.
• Adhere to infection control and evidence-based practices.
