Job summary

Lyra Health seeks a contract Neuropsychologist to perform neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, collaborating with families and care teams. You will interpret test batteries, supervise psychometrists, and deliver detailed reports and tailored recommendations.

Remote and in-person sessions are supported with Lyra's clinical team and tech resources; APA training and licensure in CA/ NY preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Predoctoral internship with neuropsychology specialization preferred.
• Two-year postdoctoral fellowship with neuropsychology specialization preferred.
• License in California or New York preferred.
• PSYPACT authorized or eligible preferred.
• Experience conducting testing virtually and in person.
• Familiarity with online web-based applications.
• Effective therapeutic communication skills.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person in own office space.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages with families and collateral sources.
• Interpret diverse neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in neuropsychological assessments.
• Supervise and oversee the patient’s psychometrist to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and separate client/family/referring provider summaries.
• Conduct clear feedback sessions to explain findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with care team to inform treatment planning.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sessions with patients and families.
